I trained with a renowned Pilates school, grounding my practice in the Stott Method's mindful movement and core principles. After years of experience teaching clients with many diverse fitness challenges & goals, I recognized the need to bridge the gap between physiotherapy and fitness, and my latest specialization focuses on Pilates for those recovering from injuries and returning from physiotherapy, enabling me to guide clients on their safe return to fitness.
